Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Consultant located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Business Consultant will conduct day-to-day activities including analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, managing client relationships, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include conducting management consulting tasks and finance-related analyses to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Finance skills
• Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and understand client needs
• Experience in business process improvement and strategic planning
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Experience in HR or Payroll systems is a plus
