The Business Analyst Project Manager is responsible for:
- planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executing multiple software projects
- developing milestones, timelines, targets, technical documentation, test cases.
- managing key stakeholders, including legal, compliance, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, teams of developers and designers, and senior management
- Developing process flows, obtaining approvals, coordinating implementation with overseas development teams, conducting tests with US stakeholders, and managing sign off
- Ensuring the successful completion of all software projects and overseeing those performing the work on the project
- Managing hand offs and postproduction support.
- Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations
- Discussing potential projects and their parameters with executives and software developers
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance
- Maintains the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures, and information security and control structures
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes
- Prepare project documentation
- Prepare progress reports
Job Skills
- Experience with programming, full stack development, Power BI, Azure infrastructure, and SQL databases
- Experience with project planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder management
- Experience in the successful delivery of data analytics projects with a proven record of delivery in unstructured environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience that demonstrates success in above mentioned responsibilities
- Ability to work with overseas developers, stakeholders across US, and across different time zones
The Business Analyst Project Manager position is a part-time position 15-30 hours per week
