Position Requirements:

Proven analytical, problem solving, and consulting skills.

Experience with performance metrics, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Foundational understanding of vulnerability management and risk management frameworks.

Basic awareness of Operational Technology (OT).

Experience in data modeling and visualization using Excel and Power BI.

Lead and document meetings to review vulnerability status, remediation plans, and compliance timelines.

Skilled in consulting with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Ability to assess current-state processes, identify shortcomings, and collaborate with stakeholder.

Experience in developing and executing both traditional and Agile methodologies.

Experience supporting system implementations, change management, and training efforts during project rollouts.

Graduate degree in a technology, science, business, or mathematics preferred.
