Your day-to-day will include:
? Collaborating on end-to-end systems analysis for large-scale business and technical initiatives
? Working directly with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, pain points, and process gaps
? Maintaining and updating business rules, workflows, and process documentation
? Creating clear, concise deliverables such as BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
? Leading discovery sessions, workshops, and one-on-one interviews with business and technical teams
? Acting as a liaison between business users and developers to ensure smooth communication and execution
? Helping track and resolve defects, issues, and enhancement requests in a timely manner
? Representing the U.S. business needs confidently within a global support model (India, UK, and US)
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis
Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements documentation, and process modeling
Hands-on experience in Agile or Scrum environments required
Proven ability to work independently and drive clarity in complex initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills—you're a translator between business and tech
Comfort working across global teams and time zones
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required—we value experience and impact over credentials
You'll Be Part Of:
A collaborative on-site Kansas City office
A global team with colleagues in the UK, India, and across the U.S.
A local team of about 10, where you'll be the only Senior Systems Analyst in KC
A company committed to growth, innovation, and empowering employees
