Business Analyst – Managed Care
Bring your expertise in healthcare systems, managed care operations, and data analysis to a role where your work directly impacts patient care and operational excellence. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting US Family Health Plan's managed care line of business—ensuring optimal payment methodologies, accurate data reporting, and strong connections between technology and patient-focused care.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and enhance the GE/Centricity/IDX Managed Care Application (MCA) to support efficient, accurate, and timely managed care operations.
- Build and manage fee schedules, provider/vendor dictionaries, plan benefits, and exclusions.
- Support utilization management and quality improvement reporting.
- Oversee reports and data transfers to the Department of Defense and its contractors.
- Ensure financial, administrative, and clinical applications work seamlessly together to support our mission.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in healthcare business administration (URAC requirements).
- 4+ years in managed care operations or large group practice environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, and ICD-10 coding.
- Understanding of financial, administrative, and clinical workflows in healthcare.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
- Access database experience and HEDIS reporting.
- Familiarity with GE/Centricity/IDX healthcare software.
- Clinic operations experience for well-rounded insight.

Hourly Pay: $39.45–$61.24/hour based on years of experience
