Job Summary The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the non-profit organization’s mission by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize programs and operations. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, IT, and program teams, this role ensures effective solution development and informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with program managers, staff, and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and organizational goals. Analyze current workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Collect, interpret, and analyze data related to program performance, fundraising, and operational metrics; develop clear and actionable dashboards and reports. Partner with technical teams to design and implement systems or enhancements that align with strategic goals. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to share analysis, insights, and recommendations. Support project management efforts related to technology adoption, program development, and operational improvements. Ensure all processes and data practices adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, ideally in the non-profit sector Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or grant management software Familiarity with non-profit operations and reporting requirements Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in mission-driven environments Education: Bachelors Degree
