Title: Business Analyst Location:New York,NY Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$39.20-$56.00/Hrs Description Support operations, compliance, and governance of an alternative trading system. Produce and reconcile performance metrics for reporting purposes. Safeguard confidential trading information to ensure compliance with regulations. Assist in the creation of governance documentation for various stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure process efficiency. Assist in drafting and editing standard operating procedures. Work closely with technology partners to implement new functionalities. Key Responsibilities Produce and reconcile performance metrics for the trading system. Protect and limit access to confidential trading information. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in related filings. Support supervisors with subscriber and business unit matters. Collaborate with various teams to complete initiatives and processes. Develop and adhere to standard operating procedures and supervisory procedures. Collaborate with technology partners to develop and implement documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of U.S. regulatory environment for trading systems. Preferable but not required FINRA registrations. General knowledge of technology and financial protocols. Strong communication skills in English. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
