This is a Hybrid schedule. 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Must live commutable to the office. Start Quickly. Job Summary This staff-level position reports directly to the Manager of Accounting. The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling across various functions of the organization. Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Entering data and customizing to their system (utilize MS Excel, Power Bi and/or SQL)
- Prepare financial reports and perform analysis for a range of reporting modules.
- Evaluate and monitor intercompany pricing relationships.
- Conduct quarterly foreign exchange rate reviews and establish rates for upcoming periods.
Operational Analysis & Support • Develop and maintain reports using business intelligence tools to support data-driven decisions. • Support analysis and pricing strategies related to foreign currency transactions. • Assist with the planning, implementation, and analysis of large-scale company initiatives. • Regularly interacts with internal teams across all levels, including senior management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Solid foundation in both finance and operations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferable with experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI. • Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written). • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proven ability to lead and support projects or business initiatives. • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style. • Comfort working across all organizational levels.
