Business Analyst - BSASPEC : Job Details

Liaison Product Owner and align on every single detail of the business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and enable the Product team to develop relevant, high-quality product releases in fields such as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming within the podcasting domain and marketplace system.

Responsibilities

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Design new products and modules by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications in liaison with the Product owner.
• Improve products by studying current practices; designing modifications.
• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Facilitate Scrum Collaborations with Scrum Master / Project Manager.
• Groom User Stories with Product Owner and Business Analyst.
• Coordinate with design team for UI / UX of the solutions.
• Create non-functional wireframes for inputs to business owners and development team.
• Participate with QA team for creation of Requirement Traceability Matrix.
• Participate in verification activity of each key sprint / iteration / milestone release.
• Find methods to effectively manage the product backlog.
• Help communicate the owner's wish list to the project team.
• Arrange and optimize product backlog.
• Organize scrum ceremonies as necessary.
• Coach Teams in Project Management Best Practices.
• Implement changes and steps to increase the team's productivity.

Skills Required

Must Have:

• 8+ years' experience in Systems & Solutions analysis, design and planning.
• Prince 2 / PMP certification / Scrum Certification.
• Extremely handy with tools like Visio & Axure for designs and UML documentation.
• Thorough understanding of Agile processes, especially Scrum.
• Team Player.
