• Gathers and analyzes financial metrics and designs reports and dashboards for senior management in the Technology Division • Articulates business cases and explains financial metrics to senior leaders across the Technology Division • Conducts data analysis and ensures consistency and accuracy of information provided • Leads and facilitates the gathering and creation of user requirements across multiple functional areas within the Technology Division • Develops requirements documentation based on information gathered and in conjunction with senior members across the Technology Division • Sets agenda for requirements working sessions and meetings • Gathers requirements and captures actions and issues • Develops proposals on requested topics • Documents pertinent business processes via flow-charts • Probes for edge cases to uncover subtleties in the current processes • Communicates updates, statuses and timelines to all stakeholders • Escalates items that are unresolved or at risk • Prioritizes analysis based on risks and demonstrates ability to work with incomplete information • Asks focused questions and rapidly gains an in-depth understanding of the current processes and compares and relates to similar situations • Delivers key results to senior management and addresses corresponding queries • Conducts research on topical issues • Conducts detailed problem tracking, resolutions and completion of all actions and issues by their deadlines Skills & Requirements • Excel modeling skills • Highly motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team and collaboration oriented environment • Must demonstrate considerable energy, focus, drive and a sense of urgency • Financially astute with a solid and broad understanding of technology and related financials • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills • Strong analytical skills, especially with financial metrics and dashboards • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate business cases and drive consensus with senior management • Ability to coordinate activities with multiple interdependencies • Ability to escalate at the right times • 4-year Bachelor's degree or international equivalent • 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry • Escalates items that are unresolved or at risk • Prioritizes analysis based on risks and demonstrates ability to work with incomplete information • Asks focused questions and rapidly gains an in-depth understanding of the current processes and compares and relates to similar situations • Delivers key results to senior management and addresses corresponding queries • Conducts research on topical issues • Conducts detailed problem tracking, resolutions and completion of all actions and issues by their deadlines
