Business Analyst - Cybertec : Job Details

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Richmond, VA 23219 (Need to come to office 5 days a week) Duration: Full Time Permanent Salary: $120k-130k/Annum + Benefits Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst with 10+ Years of experience
• Agile Scrum Methodology experience
• Continuously assess Client needs along with PM.
• Performs analysis of business and user needs, constructs requirements documentation, translates requirements into system specifications, and reviews documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gathers requirements using a variety of techniques including interviews, surveys, and historical data analysis, creating standards around this process.
• Supports Business Analysts in compiling documentation of business requirements and system specifications.
• Provide recommendations to Solutions to grow Customer relationship and deliver true value.
• Stay abreast of current technology in solutions, design changes, and new solutions offered.
• Develop ongoing release and documentation processes --Support the creation of training materials for departmental and client use.
• Accountable for new processes and methodologies that will streamline better program management/ Business Analyst functions.
• Be an expert with respect to the competition.
