• What You'll Be Doing
• Partner with project managers to align initiatives with business goals
• Lead requirements gathering and translate into documentation (BRDs, journey maps, etc.)
• Analyze business processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Support change management and help drive adoption of new processes
• Create dashboards and reports to track performance and strategic alignment
• Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership
• Act as a bridge between business units, IT, and project teams
• What You'll Need to be Considered
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SNOW SPM or similar project management tools
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping, user stories, or use cases
• Familiarity with IT systems including service management or virtualization
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science #INDIT
