Location: Onsite in Midvale Utah About the Role: We're seeking a highly capable Technical Business Analyst to support critical cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, tech-forward enterprise. This individual will act as a strategic liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to improve system efficiency, optimize workflows, and drive consistency across platforms. This position plays an integral role in enhancing operational processes by documenting requirements, supporting software tools, and fostering alignment across multiple business and technology units. Core Responsibilities:

• Lead collaborative efforts across departments to streamline and improve technology-related business processes.
• Document and manage platform environments, system configurations, and workflows used in enterprise operations.
• Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to track infrastructure processes, interface requirements, and system updates.
• Gather and evaluate technical and functional requirements; recommend actionable improvements based on stakeholder input.
• Develop documentation for systems, procedures, and policies to promote consistency and future scalability.
• Coordinate testing initiatives and support feasibility analysis for proposed enhancements and system changes.
• Provide ongoing support and technical expertise for specialized business applications and internal systems.
• Facilitate communication and status reporting between operational teams and leadership.
• Help identify and resolve system issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Participate in or lead key project initiatives as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline such as Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a similar field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or technical systems support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in coordinating work across multiple departments and timelines.
• Effective at facilitating meetings, documenting processes, and translating business needs into actionable technical outcomes.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Broad understanding of how systems, applications, and interfaces function across enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and propose logical resolutions.
• Experience working with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus.
