Job Title: Business Analyst (Energy Trading) Location-Type: Hybrid in Houston - M-TH Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 12-month contract (potential for conversion) Compensation Range: $38.28/hr - $55/hr Job Description: Support front, mid, and back-office business users within the Renewable Energy sector by managing ETRM system configurations and reporting enhancements. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with business users across trading and risk functions
• Modify and update ETRM system configurations
• Assist with reporting and data analysis requests
• Collaborate with the tech team on system improvements and ecosystem expansion
• Pull and interpret data using SQL

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in energy trading or risk management
  • Deep understanding of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and experience updating them
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Proven ability to serve as a liaison and go-to person for business teams
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with strong academic performance
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Familiarity with ETRM platforms and renewable energy operations
