Position Overview The Business Analyst II will provide operational and analytical support to the US Intermediary Sales team with a focus on managing the Expense Reimbursement process, project tracking, and cross-functional communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison with the sales team to manage and process daily Expense Reimbursement submissions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Track the progress of Distribution Management projects and analyze relevant data to support business decisions and prioritization.
  • Interface with internal departments to gather data, coordinate services, and support executives in navigating firm-wide resources.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all correspondence, including interactions with senior management and external partners.
  • Support the preparation of ad-hoc reports, presentations, and data summaries for leadership or strategic projects.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a business support, operations, or analyst role—preferably within financial services or sales support environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound professional judgment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Collaborative mindset; works effectively as part of a team and independently.
