Business Analyst II - Compunnel : Job Details

Position Overview The Business Analyst II will provide operational and analytical support to the US Intermediary Sales team with a focus on managing the Expense Reimbursement process, project tracking, and cross-functional communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison with the sales team to manage and process daily Expense Reimbursement submissions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Track the progress of Distribution Management projects and analyze relevant data to support business decisions and prioritization.

Interface with internal departments to gather data, coordinate services, and support executives in navigating firm-wide resources.

Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all correspondence, including interactions with senior management and external partners.

Support the preparation of ad-hoc reports, presentations, and data summaries for leadership or strategic projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

2–4 years of experience in a business support, operations, or analyst role—preferably within financial services or sales support environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound professional judgment.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

Collaborative mindset; works effectively as part of a team and independently.
