Business Analyst - Hybrid - cyberThink : Job Details

Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and replacements for various IT and data management systems. This includes collaboration with subject matter experts, agencies, and regional offices to ensure accurate and compliant data handling and system functionality throughout the project's lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Systems and Data Management Team with requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives across project teams
• Submit and track system defects and change requests
• Develop and maintain project documentation and regular status reports
• Ensure timely compliance with client requirements
• Review user stories and functional specifications; participate in user acceptance testing
• Address and support data quality issues and initiatives, including those identified in the data quality plan
• Track and manage project scope, issues, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, facilitate virtual/in-person workgroups and presentations
• Prepare responses to inquiries from stakeholders, media, and federal entities
• Use Commonwealth tools including Microsoft Office Suite, TFS, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Test Manager, and ServiceNow
• Travel occasionally as required to support system planning, implementation, or testing activities

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience, with strong understanding of SDLC, user requirements, and UAT
• Demonstrated experience in data processing, data quality, and data management initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with diverse user groups and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
• Experience with TFS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Test Manager, and ServiceNow preferred
• Flexibility to work across different business areas and shift between system and data management units as project needs evolve
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry. cyberThink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
