We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting to support executive-level decision-making for our innovative consumer goods client. This role will be pivotal in preparing high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for the Board of Directors, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Board Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, business performance summaries, and KPI dashboards for quarterly board meetings and ad hoc strategic reviews. • Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and key insights that support executive decision-making. • Presentation Development: Translate complex financial data into clear, concise presentations and visualizations suitable for senior stakeholders. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, operations, and executive teams to gather and validate information for board-level reporting. • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, forecasts, and strategic initiatives. • Governance Support: Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and assist with corporate governance documentation and regulatory requirements as needed. • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to reporting processes, data visualization tools, and board reporting packages. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred) • 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or corporate finance, preferably with exposure to board reporting or investor relations • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights) • Strong understanding of financial statements, key financial metrics, and corporate performance indicators • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for executive-level stakeholders • High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and organizational skills
