Description: Years of Experience: 16+ years in the field.

The ideal candidate relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals independently, performing a variety of complex tasks with a high degree of creativity and autonomy.

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Develop systems aligned with overall business strategies. Experienced in business process reengineering and applying technology to improve business effectiveness. Familiar with industry-standard technologies, business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepare solution options, conduct risk assessments, and perform financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, and buy versus build analyses. Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps.
• Prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse projects. Support and enhance business intelligence and reporting tools, develop RFPs, and assist in deploying and managing end-user reporting platforms. Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand reporting requirements and propose solutions. Document solutions and transfer knowledge to the Enterprise Reporting Team.
• Have knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. Familiar with relational databases and client-server concepts. Work under general supervision, typically reporting to a project manager. Requires a degree of creativity and independent judgment.

Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ Years of experience with LIEN background
• 5+ Years of process optimization experience
• 5+ Years of business process mapping
• 5+ Years of documenting current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') process flows
• 5+ Years of creating overall process maps (experience with process mapping tools preferred)
