Bus Monitor - Mount Greylock Regional School : Job Details

The Mount Greylock Regional School District is seeking a Bus Monitor to assist with AM and PM bus/van runs by providing an additional layer of supervision to an identified student or group of students. Position Details: Hours: Up to 10 hours per week (AM & PM runs) Assignment: Lanesborough Elementary School to Branches School of the Berkshires Compensation: $25.67/hour, paid upon completion and submission of timesheets Schedule: School year; based on student transportation needs Responsibilities: Provide supervision and support to students during transportation Assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle safely Maintain a calm and supportive environment during transit Communicate effectively with the driver, school staff, and families as needed Qualifications: Ability to work with students in a supportive, respectful manner Reliable and punctual Previous experience with children preferred, but not required Must pass required background checks (CORI, SORI, fingerprinting)
