This leadership position plays a vital role in providing a safe, clean, and efficient learning environment for our students, staff, and community. Job Summary:

• Collaborate, lead and oversee maintenance, construction, and custodial services across all district buildings and grounds.
• Supervise staff, assign work duties, and coordinate professional development.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
• Develop and manage budgets, maintenance schedules, and long-term facility plans.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, energy efficiency initiatives, and custodial operations.
• Collaborate with district leaders, consultants, and contractors for ongoing projects and facility improvements.
• Serve as the district's safety coordinator and chair of the safety committee. Click here for the job description & more information

Qualifications:

• Prefer Associate of Arts or Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field.
• Boiler License and training in HVAC or related systems.
• Minimum of five years' experience in buildings and grounds operations, preferably in a school district or public entity.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, security), compliance, and strategic planning.
• Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Salary

• Based on education and experience
• Salary Range: $66,000 to $88,000
