Building Services-Laundry Coordinator - Citizens Medical Center The Heart Hospital : Job Details

Responsible for daily and periodic communication and documentation related to all building services and laundry department functions. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Job Specific: Maintains adequate supply inventories. Places orders for cleaning supplies, paper products, linen, Laundry chemicals and contract cleaning services for the hospital and off-site facilities. (EF)Keeps accurate records of all vendor communication, purchases and manifests. (EF)Provides hospital laundry productivity reports and linen inventories utilizing vendor supplied proprietary software program. (EF)Maintains staff time and attendance records and reports. (EF)Assists department manager and director in proactive problem solving. Assist department manager and director in policy/procedure updates.
