What You'll Do:

• Perform residential plumbing service calls including diagnostics, repairs, and installs
• Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and options
• Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Accurately complete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License (required)
• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

Pay Range: $26 $35 per hour, depending on experience + potential incentives

Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, with rotating on-call availability
