Building IT Technician Educator/1 FTE - Spring Dale Public School : Job Details

The primary purpose of the BITT is to support student learning and growth in the area of computer familiarization. The BITT will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software at the building level. RESPONSIBILITIES: The BITT will repond to technology tickets, runs diagnostic programs, isolates technology problems, and determines and implements solutions all under the direction of the building principal and Director of Technology. EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform duties comparable to those herein. QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform duties comparable to those herein. Must have a valid drivers license. Must obtain vendor-specific certification for repair and support.
