Insight Global is seeking an experienced Energy Project Specialist to join our client's team. This individual will act as the Building Automation and Controls Lead, responsible for coordinating, commissioning, and ensuring systems are running properly. The role involves managing 2-4 projects simultaneously and requires excellent client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and commission building automation and control systems.
• Ensure systems are running efficiently and meet customer expectations.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously (2-4 projects at a time).
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Apply excellent problem-solving skills to complex projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in building automation/ controls
• Experience in programming
• Associates or Bachelors in HVAC/ Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction (preferred not required)
