Building Engineer - Jones Lange LaSalle : Job Details

We have an immediate need for a Building Engineer to support our Client which is located in the beautiful Old Forester Distillery on historic Whiskey Row in downtown Louisville. This building was renovated in 2017 and is one of the most popular tourist sites in the area! In this role, you will have a strong focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all systems including oversight of contractors and the IFM program. You will have the ability to work with both the distillery tour and production staff in a shared effort to enhance the guest experience. You will demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and Central Utility Plant Operations to successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments including assisting management as needed.
