Troubleshoot improperly working building equipment. Operate all building systems and infrastructure within the facilities, including: fire/life safety, absorber operations, chiller and associated steam-related equipment, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls,) lighting, and temperature control systems, light construction (painting, doors, locks)Maintain/replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts. Assist operations team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment. Perform minor plumbing repairs. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested. Review and recommend changes to preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance procedures. Identify safety hazards within the building. Complete all safety and related training per month. Maintain licenses and certifications. Responsible for alerting management of building discrepancies.
