Building Construction & Maintenance Superintendent - City of Farmington New Mexico : Job Details

\n. Performs supervisory, labor trades and routine administrative work necessary to supervise the building maintenance and repair section of the General Services Department.\n. Works under the general guidance and direction of the General Services Director.\n. Using excellent customer service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public.\n. Operates a motor vehicle to assist in carrying out the business of the department and the City.\n. Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, planning, directing, staffing and controlling the operations of the Building Construction & Maintenance Division.\n. Exercises supervision over staff performing carpentry, heating\/air conditioning, electrical, concrete and plumbing repair\/remodeling work in city buildings and related structures\/facilities.\n.
