We serve federal, state, and local government agencies, hospitals, schools, universities, private sector companies, and commercial entities.
We have an exciting opportunity for a BAS Application Engineer Level II to support the implementation of building automation systems for multiple clients in the Washington, DC Metro Area.
Position OverviewThe BAS Application Engineer Level II is responsible for engineering auditing, design, and implementation of BAS strategies across various mechanical and electrical systems to ensure project success. This customer-facing role requires experience in BAS application engineering. The position involves leadership and may include design, renovation, retrofit, auditing, retro-commissioning, checkout, and programming. It reports to a Senior Project Manager/Director.
Responsibilities and DutiesRegular sitting, handling, talking, standing, walking, reaching, occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
Work EnvironmentExposure to various conditions including humidity, mechanical parts, heights, fumes, weather, cold, heat, electrical hazards, and vibration; moderate noise level.
Additional RequirementsU.S. Citizenship required. Must pass background, reference, security, and drug screenings. Ability to qualify for a U.S. government security clearance.
