Building Attendant II - Zane State College : Job Details

Responsible for the overall maintenance of the buildings, grounds and security of the Campus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1)Advanced maintenance of the campus buildings to include preventative maintenance, lighting of the buildings and parking lots, minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC troubleshooting/repair, including maintaining and monitoring and adjust system as needed.
