Building and Grounds Maintenance - Basil Family Dealerships : Job Details

Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC - 3475 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park, NY 14127 Compensation: $20/hour. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, with the possibility of overtime. Duties and Qualifications:Minor Electrical and Plumbing repairs. Drywall repair and paint. Remodel and demo. Replacement of ceiling tiles. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. Rearrange office furniture and equipment. Occasional janitorial duties. Seasonal Landscaping Lawn and Parking Lot Maintenance. Snow Removal. Monthly OSHA and fire prevention Inspections. Ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to climb a ladder and lift at least 60 lbs. Perform other duties, as assigned. Benefits:Work/ Life Balance. Weekly Pay.
