What You'll Do
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outreach, referrals, and events.
- Respond quickly to inquiries by phone, email, and text—no lead left behind.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from the first conversation through closing.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for buyers.
Sales & Presentation
- Conduct compelling community and property tours.
- Qualify prospects, identify needs, and guide decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize value for both client and company.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining meticulous CRM records.
Industry Engagement
- Build strong relationships with brokers and agents to expand referral networks.
- Represent Zenodro Homes at domestic and international events, showcases, and presentations.
- Stay on top of real estate market trends and competitive offerings.
What You Bring
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
- 3+ years of proven success in sales.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Strong presentation and communication skills—both one-on-one and in groups.
- A consultative, relationship-first approach to sales.
- High personal drive, time-management discipline, and resilience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
