Job Summary:

Reevo is a company focused on reimagining the revenue stack for B2B teams, aiming to enhance productivity and growth. They are seeking a Builder - Data Scientist who will own core initiatives, lead analyses, design experiments, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Own Core Initiatives: Lead high-impact initiatives end-to-end across the business–including account and lead scoring models, forecasting, churn prediction, and product analytics.

• Lead causal inference analyses to understand and influence key levers of business growth with clear understanding of incremental impact

• Design, implement, and analyze experiments and quasi-experiments to measure the impact of new initiatives in product and marketing

• Develop predictive models and methodologies to uncover growth opportunities

• Stand Up the Function: Define best practices for modeling, monitoring, governance, and experimentation. Build foundational infrastructure that scales as we grow the team and surface area.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with GTM, Product, and Engineering to understand trends and make data-driven decisions, recommendations and forecasts.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 4+ years of data science experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or AI-native platforms

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field

• Expertise with Python / R and SQL

• Proficiency in experimentation, causal inference, and predictive modeling

• Experience with modern data stack tools (Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, Census, or equivalents) and visualization tools

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience navigating dynamic startup environments, managing multiple priorities, and driving measurable outcomes
