You will be a Managing Director in our Build Capability in the Americas, working across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Your role involves driving sales, delivering outcomes for clients, building and modernizing digital products, and optimizing technology platforms and organizations.

This role connects regional capability strategy with market needs, acts as a subject matter expert, and collaborates with industry partners. You will support and develop a go-to-market team, contribute to delivery, and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue targets.

Location requirement: live within commuting distance to Austin, Dallas, or Houston.

• Connect and tailor capability strategy to market needs based on client portfolio and market maturity.
• Create demand through speaking opportunities, thought leadership events, campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, workshops, and POCs.
• Partner with sales and industry teams to identify opportunities and act as a Solution Lead or SME.
• Participate in hiring, staffing, and workforce planning.
• Lead and mentor a team across different levels within the Build discipline.
• Contribute to delivery as a billable Solution Lead or SME.
• Work with leadership to develop growth and cost projections, and achieve revenue targets.

You have extensive experience in product engineering, AI, modern operations, and delivering at scale. You are passionate about building teams, working with clients, and leading with strategic and technical expertise.

• Deep knowledge in Product Engineering, Agile methodologies, AI, DevOps, and related areas.
• Experience working with cloud providers like AWS, Microsoft, Google.
• Leadership skills, proactive approach to GTM, and ability to collaborate across teams.

Base salary range: $240,000 - $384,000, with potential annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include time off, parental leave, 401(k), health coverage, well-being reimbursement, and relocation assistance. Applications reviewed until 06/15/2025.
