Buffet Attendant - Union Square Hospitality Group : Job Details

Who you are & what you'll do:

As a Buffet Attendant, you will work closely with our Front and Back of House Team Members to drive our breakfast buffet service each day and hold one another accountable to creating memorable guest experiences. Successful candidates require great communication skills and a pleasant friendly attitude and will need to demonstrate sound knowledge of our steps of service, menu items, and food preparation.

What we need from you:

* Experience in a similar role, in a high-volume, fast-paced establishment

* Ability to begin work as early as 5:00 AM

* Service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
