Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting and/or Finance required

* Accounting/finance experience; advertising/media experience a plus

* Proven interpersonal skills

* Detail oriented with excellent time management skills

* Proven strategic thinker, analytical and communication skills

* Pro-active manner, team player, enthusiastic

* Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

* Knowledge of Donovan a plus

* Shows willingness to go the extra mile

Responsibilities

* Reviewing monthly billing with the budgets

* Updating monthly budgets with actual billing

* Working closely with strategy and buying departments with any discrepancies with the budget

* Reviewing the accuracy of billing

* Donovan maintenance with opening products, and estimates

* Client AR Review - Send monthly statements to clients

* Reconcile billing versus budgets and review discrepancies

* Handling production billing

* Reviewing accruals with clients at the end of each month and Fiscal Year

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
