What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with manufacturing systems and enterprise application management
• Experience in handling projects with Agile Methodology (preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Some of the key activities you will be responsible for:

• Lead the strategic visioning, design, and delivery of business-critical applications under OTK IT's technology roadmap
• Mentor and guide application specialists and cross-functional teams in executing high-impact solutions
• Integrate IT solutions with streamlined business processes, ensuring functional harmony across departments
• Liaise with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable system enhancements
• Oversee architectural evaluations and recommend transformative upgrades to boost performance and scalability
• Direct enhancement projects and ensure service providers meet quality and productivity standards
• Coordinate project phases, status reporting, and milestone tracking per OTK guidelines
• Supervise data reconciliation efforts, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support continuous data integrity
• Manage testing cycles and defect resolution, ensuring traceability across modules
• Facilitate collaboration with offshore development and support teams
• Present executive-level updates and strategic insights to Project Committees
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timeline alignment
• Oversee cutover execution and post-deployment support (Hyper-Care)
• Champion transparent communication between technical teams and business units
• Govern change and release management practices for all application-related deployments

Salary Range: US $ 101,900 to $127,400
