Assists with the development and performance of a multi-office Wealth Brokerage region by working in close coordination with the Regional Director. Responsible for helping execute on the regions and firms strategic priorities, business objectives, and overall performance. Will provide coaching and training leadership, as well as operational and supervisory support consistent with a strong culture of risk management.
