Bridge Engineer | EIT - Kimley-Horn & Associates : Job Details

You will have the opportunity to work on bridges, retaining walls, and other structural design efforts related to public and/or private bridge projects throughout the country. Prepare bridge/structural plans, specifications and estimates for clients. As a critical member of the team, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks and will receive both on-the-job and formal training as well as mentorship and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions Qualifications 2 years experience with a civil engineering design firm Bachelors or Masters from an ABET accredited university in the field of Civil Engineering. Holds Engineer-In-Training or Engineering Intern certification. Experience utilizing software programs for general structural analysis. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines. Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
