Breeder Technician - Case Farms, LLC : Job Details

Must work with and solve grower problems; establish a good working relationship between producers and the Company. Provide current science as directed by the Company to maximize farm production. Advise producers regarding building and equipment specifications. Advise producers on litter manipulation and farm sanitation. Routinely visit farms (frequent travel). Properly document bird comfort, flock management, and equipment settings. Direct light and feed schedules. Monitor: bird health, body weight, conformation, monitor feed consumption. Pulling blood and fat samples promptly. Effectively coordinating bird placements to the farms and helping with catch schedules, while ensuring effective communication between, Feed Mill, vaccination crews, and Live haul as it pertains to contract. Ensure the producer and company comply with the production contract to produce flocks of the highest quality and lowest cost ensuring good performance.
