• Competitive wages: $18/hr to $21/hr based on experience.
• Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.

SCHEDULE:

• 6 a.m - 2:30 p.m.
• Monday to Friday
• Some mandatory overtime required

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

• $1,000 sign on bonus

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Brazing experience REQUIRED - Experience brazing HVAC units a plus, to include pressure testing, purging and vacuum of refrigerant lines.
• Must be able to use torch.
• Some unit assembly required.
• Basic Microsoft Office/Windows knowledge is needed.
• Capable of solving problems and using good judgment in making decisions
• Ability to read and work from prints, schematics, and technical bulletins.
• Ability to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long periods
• Physical stamina and strength

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
