Overview

The Brand Services Associate Director plays a critical role in the growth and success of Feedvisor's Brand Services. The role focuses on:

  • Growing and managing client accounts
  • Developing and expanding service offerings in strategy and product areas

The ideal candidate excels in working with and guiding Enterprise Brand/Fortune 500 clients, translating business challenges into strategic solutions, and leading a diverse team of Amazon experts across various disciplines. The role reports to a Director of Brand Services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client/Account Management: Developing and maintaining daily client relationships, communicating effectively, prioritizing tasks, creating deliverables, advising on Amazon growth strategies, coordinating across teams, and standardizing processes.
  • Amazon Ecosystem Expertise: Expanding knowledge of Amazon and eMarketplace ecosystems, focusing on Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Content/SEO, and Experience Optimization. Differentiating Feedvisor offerings from competitors.

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years' experience in account/client management, preferably in media or e-commerce agencies
  • Experience working with large enterprise or global brands in media, e-commerce, or consulting
  • Fluency in media, advertising, and technology industry terms
  • Proven success managing paid media budgets over $500K/month
  • Strong organizational skills and project management experience
  • Ability to turn ideas into actionable strategies
  • Experience presenting to mid and senior-level clients
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, deadline-driven environments

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience scoping media projects, building staffing plans, and drafting SOWs
  • Experience managing media budgets over $1M/month
  • Experience collaborating with publisher sales and account teams
  • Supporting or leading Amazon or off-Amazon product launches
  • Understanding of Vendor Central and Amazon metrics
  • Knowledge of Amazon marketing and performance impact on purchase decisions
  • Understanding of product detail page optimization and Amazon retail operations
