Job Description:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Brand Manager to lead a variety of cross-functional projects from concept through completion. This person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to new product development, infrastructure improvements, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and confident managing high-level deliverables in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive multiple concurrent initiatives including EPA/FDA projects, infrastructure upgrades, and new product development
- Create and manage detailed project plans outlining timelines, resourcing, risks, and communication strategies
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and momentum
- Lead meetings, facilitate decisions, and proactively resolve risks and roadblocks
- Support product transitions to manufacturing and ensure seamless handoff to internal teams
- Present project progress, challenges, and updates to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5–8 years of project management experience in consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or lifestyle brand settings
- Skilled in managing multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Confident communicator who is comfortable presenting to executive leadership
- Adaptable, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- MBA and/or PMP certification preferred
Additional Details:
- Schedule: ~40 hours/week; hybrid work schedule with flexible Fridays
- Reports to: Chief Innovation Officer
- Team: Collaborative project team consisting of 5 Project Managers
- Interview Process:
- 30-minute virtual interview with the CIO
- 2-hour panel interview with cross-functional leaders
- Candidates with a stable job history are strongly preferred
