Job Summary :
Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a strategic, driven, and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to lead and execute brand identity, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives across multiple brands and locations. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring brand consistency, market alignment, and optimized customer engagement across all properties. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, creativity, and data-driven insight to guide the brand's growth in a competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Strategy• Serve as the brand steward for five unique brands, ensuring alignment with company standards and market expectations.• Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across eight locations.• Collaborate with corporate leaders, Regional VPs, and General Managers to localize campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.• Strategically write marketing copy for campaigns and ensure all content conveys appropriate messaging.
Digital Experience Management• Manage and update all website content using CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, usability, and brand voice.• Coordinate with the web team to lead larger development projects and perform basic edits as needed.• Maintain digital content calendars to ensure timely updates across platforms.
Creative Oversight• Direct the creation and delivery of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email/SMS visuals, print collateral, and in-park signage.• Collaborate with graphic designers and creative vendors to ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and appeal to target demographics.• Lead design direction for event and sales collateral in partnership with regional sales teams.
On-Park Marketing• Oversee the execution of on-location marketing initiatives, ensuring proper placement and messaging of all materials.• Ensure seamless coordination between park operations and marketing efforts.
Communications & Customer Engagement• Lead customer communications through email marketing and SMS platforms.• Segment audiences using CRM and automation tools to personalize messaging.• Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize communication strategies.
Data & Performance Reporting• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting on campaign performance, digital trends, and customer engagement KPIs.• Interpret data from multiple platforms to provide insights and strategic recommendations.• Work closely with analytics and finance teams to evaluate marketing ROI and align efforts with business objectives.
QualificationsRequired:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.• 3–5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or multi-unit marketing.• Proficiency in web CMS (e.g., WordPress), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and SMS tools.• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data.
Preferred:• Experience in the family entertainment or hospitality industry.• Familiarity with cross-platform digital marketing strategies.• Strong creative sensibility and eye for design.
