About the Role:

As the Brand Manager, Premium Chocolate Innovation, you'll step into a high-impact role where your curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking will shape the future of our category in the U.S. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Premium Chocolate Innovation you'll have the opportunity to influence at the highest levels of our global organization while driving innovation that delights consumers.

In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with top-tier creative agencies, and bring bold ideas to life—from concept through launch. Whether you're crafting compelling campaigns across TV and in-store, or analyzing data to uncover new opportunities, you'll be at the forefront of building our innovation pipeline for both the short and long term.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing analytical rigor with a sharp creative instinct. Your attention to detail and passion for excellence will help you deliver world-class marketing execution and contribute to a vision of category leadership.

This position is Hybrid, based out of our North American headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conductmarket research and competitive analysisto inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitorbrand performance metricsand business results, recommending strategic adjustments to meet objectives
  • Develop and deliverpersuasive marketing presentationsfor internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize thebrand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Leadqualitative and quantitative consumer researchfrom briefing to insights, driving innovation and product renovation
  • Collaborate withCategory Management and Trade Marketingto build compelling sell-in stories and customer toolkits
  • Overseecreative development and campaign executionwith agency partners across digital, TV, and in-store channels
  • Ensurebrand consistency and cohesive messagingacross all consumer and shopper touchpoints
  • Participate inbrand planning and integrated marketing communicationswith cross-functional and interagency teams
  • Define and trackkey performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Thrive in afast-paced, multi-project environment, managing shifting priorities with agility
  • Partner withSales, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Trade Marketingto support seamless execution of new initiatives
  • Manage relationships withexternal vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality output and cost efficiency
  • Confidently present strategies, insights, and results tosenior leadership and executive stakeholders
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;MBA or Master's degreeis a strong plus
  • 4–6 years of experience in brand marketingwithin theconsumer packaged goods (CPG)industry
  • Proficient in usingsyndicated data toolssuch asIRI, Nielsen, or similar platformsfor market analysis
  • Strongproject management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experienced inbudget management, forecasting, and financial planning for marketing initiatives
  • Deep understanding ofretail channels, including food, drug, mass, club, ande-commerce
  • Proven success working within aglobal organizationand navigating cross-functional, multicultural teams
  • Demonstratesentrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for building world-class brands
  • Highly organized and structured in managingtimelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Collaborativeteam playerwho works effectively across departments including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);SAP experienceis a plus
Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $118,661- $158,215 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
