Bring your energy, experience, and entrepreneurial spirit — we'll bring opportunity, innovation, and a culture that gets things done.What You'll Do Shape brand stories and market strategies Launch digital campaigns across SEO, social, email & PPC Lead product launches and seasonal promotions Align brand identity across Shopify, Amazon & WooCommerce Partner with creative, dev & operations teams to turn vision into reality Monitor metrics, present insights, and drive growth Cultivate loyalty and elevate customer experienceMust-Haves Bachelor's in Marketing/Business (MBA a plus) Proven track record in managing CPG or eCommerce brands Strong with analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel) Collaborative, communicative, and ready to lead with purposeBonus Points Passion for clean food & organic living Experience with AI tools (Gemini, Notebook LM) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environmentPerks & DetailsSalary: $80,000–$110,000 (based on experience)Schedule: M–F, 8am–5pmBenefits: Health insurance, 401(k), PTOFull-Time Role in a Growth-Focused CompanyWe're an Equal Opportunity Employer.
