As the Brand Manager - North America, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring Flites presence and impact in the North American market align with global objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, brand expertise, and hands-on execution to drive growth, elevate brand awareness, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to oversee brand positioning, product launches, activations, and marketing initiatives that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences. Your expertise in marketing and branding will be instrumental in cementing Flite as the most loved brand in its category.

Required QualificationsThe anticipated pay range for this position is 85,800 138,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
