Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

A leader in the healthcare industry is hiring a Brand Lead in Boston, MA for a full-time hybrid position.

Brand Lead Requirements:

• Medical knowledge and expertise with US market experience required.
• Launch experience in specialty care and global products strongly preferred.
• Proven success influencing cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.

Brand Lead Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction and brand plan for a key product portfolio.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive lifecycle and launch readiness initiatives.
• Define value propositions, market drivers, and commercial positioning.
• Execute brand strategy across priority markets and internal stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and shared purpose across teams.
