Job Summary

The Brand Innovation Associate Manager is responsible for conducting brand innovation activities that drive business impact and bring the brand vision and strategy to life. This role supports the delivery of innovative programs based on a deep understanding of target guests, operations, market trends, product categories, and competitive insights. Responsibilities include conducting business impact analyses, managing cross-functional project teams, and contributing to brand innovation strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day-to-day project manager for key initiatives related to brand, sustainability, innovation testing, launches, legislative compliance, training, and team projects.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring results are delivered on time and within budget, with contingency plans and post-project reviews.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by analyzing guest, competitive, and category data to drive business results.
  • Conduct business impact analyses using various data sources to optimize activities and measure success, including impacts on revenue, profitability, and guest experience.
  • Participate in market research, product testing, and related marketing activities.
  • Communicate effectively and manage cross-functional teams and agency partners to meet project goals.
  • Keep management informed of project milestones and updates.
  • Provide deep consumer and product insights to inform communication strategies and successful product launches.
  • Act as a brand steward with a thorough understanding of brand architecture, positioning, and guest targets, ensuring consistent branding across all activities.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • At least five years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
    • Successful completion of required training programs
    • Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment
    Compensation

    Pay Range: $90,000 - $126,500 annually, determined by location and experience.
