The Brand Implementation Specialist will support the Brand Marketing-In House Agency team in the execution and coordination of creative projects, digital asset management, and day-to-day operations.

Education
Required - High School diploma or equivalent. Additional degrees, business training experience and/or certifications may be combined to meet minimum qualifications.
Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration
Work Experience
Required - 2 years related experience
Preferred - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday).
Preferred - Familiarity with Digital Asset Management platforms (e.g., Image Relay, Brand Central)

Job Duties
Creative Trafficking:
Assist in packaging and optimizing photo, video, and design deliverables for various distribution channels.
Coordinate client reviews and delivery of creative assets for campaigns across print, digital, and video channels.
Interface with external vendors, agencies, and production partners to ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of creative assets across all channels.
Digital Asset Management:
Maintain and organize the digital asset management (DAM) systems, ensuring assets are accurately tagged, uploaded, and archived (e.g. Image Relay, Brand Central).
Support team members in retrieving, updating, or repurposing assets as needed.
In House Agency Support:
Assist with vendor coordination, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
Support co-branded marketing campaigns including the submission of Ochsner creative for review and approval with partner sites (i.e., OMDA)
Ensure deliverables comply with brand guidelines
Participate in team meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and help with special projects as assigned.
Assist with photography, design and video post-production tasks (i.e., photo tagging)
