Description Biote Medical is the world leader in hormone optimization and we are adding to our team! We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health. We are looking to bring on an experienced Brand Director. This role will be fully onsite in Irving, TX. Summary The Brand Director will be highly focused on supporting the field sales organization through marketing to help shepherd Biote's transition from a pellet company predominately selling a platform to a precision medicine company selling a much broader therapeutic wellness portfolio. This position will require a deep understanding of both Biote provider needs and how to position key Biote initiatives for field sales success via market research (both with the field and providers), messaging creation, campaign/material development. Key success factors in this role include knowledge of Biote's present and evolving business models, ability to articulate and share real world experience and knowledge, sense of urgency, collaboration, networking, and communication. As the Brand Director, you will:
- Be a knowledgeable authority on the audiences we support ranging such as multiple physician specialties and the categories and industries in which we compete. Bring fresh, relevant points of view to the work at hand and build what's next.
- Lead cohesive brand activation plans including brand advertising, product innovation campaigns, always-on marketing activities, brand partnerships and extensions into culture and entertainment. Drive consistent experiences across all audience touch points.
- Develop content strategies with internal teams and external agencies that enable brand advertising in partnership with Studio and agency partners.
- Advocate for brand marketing investments that create sustainable, marketing impact and business growth.
- Champion brand purpose, ensuring It is coordinated into the definition of our brands and into how our brands show up at every touch point.
- Provide innovative thinking and the ability to see the opportunities for brand diversification.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes Understand the current competitive market and how to gain a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new and ongoing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote our brand effectively.
- Develop relationships with key customers to develop and refine marketing strategies and gain feedback on Biote messaging or direction.
- Possess the ability to both create and teach the brand story to the internal team as well as clients.
- Apply analytical skills to multiple data inputs to draw conclusions and set future initiatives.
- Participate in Conferences and Events as well as Team Calls/Educational Webinars.
- In collaboration with the field sales team, drive revenue growth through the recruiting, onboarding, and procedure growth of urology providers.
As the Brand Director, your background should include:
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing degree preferred)
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to effectively become a resource for the home office organization.
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing; diverse marketing channels, associated goals, and metrics.
- A confident storyteller. Exhibit a leadership presence combined with communication and social skills that authentically engage all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, set priorities, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Possess a strong understanding of our brand and its place in the industry.
- A working knowledge of Marketing and/or Public Relations and its function in a public company.
